Who we are

Family Support Specialists (FSS): provide Supervised Parenting Time, Home-Maker, and Family Preservation Services to families utilizing skills honed through lived experiences and work in the field of social services. Our FSS are committed to providing resources and guidance to families navigating challenges.
Family Advocates (FA): Obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human services and/or a combination of education and 4+ years experience in direct casework to children and families. FAs provide Supervised Parenting Time, Home-based casework, Fatherhood Engagement, and Family Preservation Services to families. They are dedicated to representing and supporting families, ensuring their voices are heard. and that their needs are met.
Home-Based Therapists: Obtained a Master’s degree in social work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field and maintain a license issued by the Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board. Our HBTs provide therapeutic services in the comfort of clients’ homes, making therapy more accessible and personalized.
Clinicians: Obtained PhD’s in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field and maintain licensure issued by the appropriate regulatory boards. Our Clinicians are skilled in offering a range of clinical services to promote mental health and wellbeing. They also provide Clinical Supervision and guidance to our HBTs, direct-service providers working towards licensure, and practicum students.
Management Team: With diverse educational, professional, and personal backgrounds, including but not limited to: Licensed Clinical Social Work, Nonprofit management, Community Organizing, Social Justice, and more, our management team reflects the communities we serve, ensuring that our services are culturally relevant and inclusive.
